Cancelation Policy & Deposits

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for any service appointment. If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours, there will be a 50% charge of the service. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the service.

All texture and extension services require a non-refundable 50% deposit upon booking which will be used towards your service. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours notice, you will loose your deposit and you must prepay the total amount of the service before booking again.
